Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting students’ communication development and academic success in a vibrant elementary and high school setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about driving positive outcomes for a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students. The role runs from now through early June 2027, providing both stability and the chance to make a meaningful impact with dedicated colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required (SLP-CCC highly preferred)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Expertise in assessment, therapy planning, and delivery within PreK–12 environments
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in documentation and progress monitoring systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students at both elementary and high school levels, Tuesday through Friday (7:30am–4:30pm)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting each student’s unique needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in the IEP process
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student learning and inclusion
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
