Step into an impactful contract role supporting students' communication needs in a vibrant educational environment. This full-time position is available immediately and runs through June 2027, offering a structured schedule across two local schools from Tuesday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM). As the designated Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll make a difference for approximately 50 students, working hands-on within an engaged school community.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid and current SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school settings preferred, working with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for empowering students through evidence-based practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with a variety of communication and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document and track student progress using established school protocols
• Consult with instructional staff on strategies to support students in and out of the classroom
• Deliver all services onsite only—remote or virtual work is not available for this position
