The Construction Superintendent/Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This position manages a small team on-site to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is experienced in construction management and comfortable with frequent travel to project locations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule construction projects
- Oversee daily construction site operations
- Manage a small team of 1-5 members
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly
- Facilitate frequent travel to various project sites
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
