Wesley Distributors is a growing importer and distributor of branded health & beauty, personal care, baby care, wellness, and household products. We source products from around the world and distribute them to wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, discount retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other retail partners throughout the United States. We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and creating opportunities in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment. About the Role This is a hunter-focused sales position responsible for generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships. You'll work directly with ownership to expand our customer base, identify new revenue opportunities, and help drive the company's continued growth. Success in this role comes from initiative, persistence, and a willingness to pick up the phone, get in front of customers, and create opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, trade shows, and in-person meetings Identify and engage wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, discount retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other potential customers Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Present product offerings, pricing opportunities, and inventory availability to customers Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities Manage customer relationships and generate repeat business Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions Attend trade shows and customer meetings as needed Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to ensure a positive customer experience Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities Required Qualifications Previous sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Comfortable making outbound calls and prospecting for new business Ability to work independently and manage your own activity Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Ability to commute to Rockland County, NY Preferred Experience in wholesale distribution, FMCG, consumer packaged goods, grocery, pharmacy, health & beauty, general merchandise, or related industries Existing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, or convenience stores Experience attending trade shows and networking events CRM experience Bilingual language skills are a plus We're looking for someone who is: Entrepreneurial and self-motivated Comfortable prospecting and generating new business Relationship-driven and customer-focused Resourceful, persistent, and goal-oriented Eager to grow with a small but rapidly expanding company This isn't a highly corporate sales role.
