Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. This role involves supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee inquiries, compliance, recruitment, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Training: Assist with creating orientation materials, conducting inductions for new hires, and coordinating training sessions.
• Employee Inquiries: Address questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing accurate and timely information.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensure sensitive employee information is handled discreetly and HR policies are adhered to.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting the hiring process.
• Event Coordination: Assist with organizing HR-related meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
• Previous HR or administrative experience is advantageous; familiarity with payroll and HR software is beneficial.
