Assignment Overview

Join our MedSurg/Tele team providing care to a diverse patient population including those with ESRD, CHF, Pneumonia, Sickle Cell Crisis, Diabetes/DKA, and more. This role is ideal for a dedicated RN with at least 18 months of Med/Tele experience, ready to take on the challenges of a dynamic environment and comfortable caring for Hematology/Oncology patients without administering chemotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to MedSurg/Tele patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
• Perform IV starts, blood product administration, and wound care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Caring for patients with tubes/drains

Qualifications

Required:

• 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
• RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• Experience with blood products and general medical/surgical care
• Experience with lift equipment - Hoyer

Preferred:

• ONS certification
