Job Title – Manufacturing Supervisor

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 12 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Rate – $32 USD hourly on W2

Shift : 1 st Shift, M-F, 6:30am to 3:00pm.

Job Description:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams in our server assembly operations. This role is responsible for managing daily activities on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate server assembly, testing, and packaging operations across assigned production lines.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Enforce safety protocols, ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures, and cleanroom standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct shift meetings, maintain production reports, and communicate updates to management.
• Support new product introductions (NPIs) and process changes by ensuring team readiness and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electronics or server manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of server hardware components and assembly processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with rack server builds and data center hardware.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) in multicultural production environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
