Job Title – Operations Manager / Project Manager

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 12 months contract (possibility to go perm)

Pay Rate – $60 USD hourly on W2

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description:

NCSC : ISG Project Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Direct daily manufacturing workflows to achieve output goals, adjusting schedules based on demand or equipment issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to minimize operational costs.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate manufacturing personnel while maintaining a strong safety culture and enforcing compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on productivity, quality defects, and financial metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, reporting program status, risks, and financial health to executive management and client.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing.
• MBA in Project or Industrial management or Administration.
