Registered Nurse (RN)

Excelcare at the Pines is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.

Compensation: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time

Location: 29 N Vermont Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401

| $3,000 Sign-on bonus for full-time |

Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):

Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents' health
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications of a Registered Nurse (RN):

Active RN license in New Jersey
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
