Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid)

A sophisticated, collegial, boutique law firm located in St. Louis is seeking a commercial real estate attorney for a flexible part-time engagement. This is an immediate need. Substantial experience with commercial real estate transactions (buy/sell) is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who wants to work part-time on a flexible basis. Remote applicants welcome. Hybrid or in office is also available if you prefer. Licensed in any U.S. state (Illinois or Missouri law license preferred).Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid):5+ years of attorney experienceSubstantial experience with commercial real estate purchase/sale transactionsCommercial leasing experience is a plusLicensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Illinois or Missouri preferred)J.D. from an accredited law school and strong professional referencesOutstanding referencesPosition Details:Type of role: Contract engagementSchedule: Part-time, 6+ monthsLocation: Remote; or can be hybrid or in-office in St. Louis County if you preferCompensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
