Franklin & Frankel LLC is a boutique law firm located in the heart of West Hartford Center. Our small but experienced team of five has built deep roots in the local community over the years, earning the trust of clients across Connecticut and Massachusetts. About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, client-focused attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position with flexible scheduling options. We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates and are open to discussing creative arrangements to work for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refi, leases)
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys and paralegals in a supportive, client-first environment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in real estate law and estate planning (required)
- Probate experience in Connecticut (preferred)
- Business law and/or commercial real estate experience (preferred)
- Bank closing representation experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, small-firm setting
