Posted: May 06, 2026 Practice: Location: CT - Hartford County Position: Associate Type: Law Firm Experience Level: 5 - 7 Years A premier, well‑established law firm in Hartford, CT is looking to hire an associate or counsel level real estate attorney as described below: Key Responsibilities Primary focus will be on real estate, leasing, finance (secured and unsecured), development and general transactional matters. Also, acquisition and sale (including 1031 exchanges), land use, creation of common interest communities, construction, and commercial and residential loan workouts. What the Firm Seeks Significant real estate experience (at least five to eight years or more). Ideally experience representing Connecticut businesses as an associate/counsel at a recognizable CT large or mid‑sized law firm. Connecticut bar admission (or ability to waive in). What the Firm Offers Competitive compensation including a base salary based on experience in the range of one hundred and eighty thousand dollars to two hundred and ten thousand dollars; annual discretionary bonus based on performance and productivity; unusual 401(k) retirement matching plan.
