Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies for a diverse student population
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and other professionals
• Organizational skills and adaptability to flexible, dynamic environments

Primary Duties:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs
• Deliver group and one-on-one therapy sessions, adjusting methods as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes
• Provide resources and strategies to teachers and families for ongoing reinforcement
• Stay current on best practices and attend professional development as needed
