Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate (Houston) We are looking for an associate with 3-4 years of bankruptcy experience to join our Houston office. You will represent debtors and creditors in corporate bankruptcy cases, drafting and negotiating documents for complex corporate and restructuring transactions, and resolving business disputes both in and out of court. The role requires strong written and oral advocacy skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to produce high‑quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Prior bankruptcy court clerkship experience is preferred. Admission to practice in Texas is required. Why Dykema?
