Analizar y gestionar el proceso administrativo de compras para garantizar el flujo continuo del suministro de materiales y equipos.
Responsabilidades
- Brindar soporte en la generación y emisión de órdenes de compra.
- Actualizar y dar mantenimiento a las órdenes de compra.
- Administrar y compartir documentación de entrada a los almacenes.
- Realizar y analizar cuadre de precios o desglose de componentes en órdenes de compra.
- Contribuye en la generación de instrucciones de embarque de materiales o equipos.
Calificaciones
- Ingeniería industrial /Supply Chain / Administración o afín.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office 365.
- Experiencia 3+ años en Planeación de Demanda, Supply Chain, Compras, Abastecimiento o Planeación de Materiales.
- Manejo de inventarios y estrategias de reabastecimiento.
- Experiencia trabajando con Forecast / Demand Planning.
- Experiencia en seguimiento y desarrollo de proveedores.
- Capacidad para analizar información y tomar decisiones con base en datos.
- Experiencia trabajando con ERP y herramientas de análisis.
- Excel intermedio-avanzado.
Será altamente valorado:
- Experiencia en planeación de materiales (MRP).
- Experiencia en empresas con operación por proyectos, instalaciones o múltiples líneas de negocio.
- Manejo de indicadores como Fill Rate, OTIF, cobertura de inventario, rotación, forecast accuracy, entre otros.
- Experiencia coordinando embarques y logística de materiales/equipos.
- Inglés para comunicación con proveedores y/o equipos internacionales.
