This role is essential to operational success, enabling teams to stay mobile, productive, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.What's in it for YouCompetitive Salary: $23.50 / hourWork Site Location: St. Louis, MOSet Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. This position may require working long hours/outside of business hours as required by business needs.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at GardaWorldJob Duties include:Manage fleet inventory, vehicle assignments, and database accuracy across branchesTrack maintenance, repairs, and costs to ensure efficiency and complianceOversee fuel card program, including issuance, usage monitoring, and fraud preventionMaintain detailed vehicle records (VIN, registration, driver assignment, GPS, tolls, etc.)Monitor telematics alerts (speed, usage, geofencing) and escalate as neededSupport fleet-related Accounts Payable activitiesCoordinate vehicle claims, repairs, rentals, and vendor servicesIssue driver packets (fuel cards, insurance, incident kits)Partner with branch teams to support maintenance, replacements, and day-to-day fleet needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendorsRequirements:Detail oriented with focus on accuracyIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, pivot table/ V- Lookups preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Fleet experience preferredAbility to operate in a dynamic fast paced ever changing environment with minimal supervisionMust be able to work independently, have a proactive approach to problem resolution, critical thinking, and problem solving in a dynamic fast paced environmentMust be proficient at multitaskingExcellent organizational skills requiredStrong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage reportsExcellent attention to detail and follow throughExcellent telephone skills requiredAdvanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredDiscretion and confidentialityMust have outstanding follow-throughGardaWorld: Make the World a Safer PlaceIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
