Supply Chain Analyst S&OEMulti-Site Planning Implementation Lead Are you an experienced supply chain planning professional who enjoys solving complex customer and operational challenges while helping organizations build better ways of working? In this role, you will lead the supply chain business effort to implement planning technology and establish integrated planning capabilities across multiple sites. You will connect business needs, planning processes, data, technology, and teams to create a more coordinated and effective supply network.What You'll DoLead the design and implementation of standardized planning processes and technology across multiple sites, working closely with supply chain, information technology, site teams, and implementation partners.Monitor customer orders and commitments, identify service risks, and coordinate cross-functional actions to recover at-risk and past-due orders.Lead near-term supply and execution reviews, addressing constraints related to materials, production, quality, inventory, and logistics.Oversee root-cause reviews for service failures, assign corrective actions, and partner with functional teams to reduce recurring issues.Facilitate cross-functional planning and exception reviews, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, escalation, and visibility to leadership.Partner with demand, inventory, network, and manufacturing planning teams to balance customer needs with supply and production capabilities.Support the transition from site-based planning to an integrated multi-site planning model while ensuring effective connectivity with site-level planning and enterprise resource planning systems.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.Several years of experience in consumer products supply chain planning, customer operations, manufacturing, logistics, or integrated planning environments.Strong understanding of order fulfillment, supply planning, production, inventory, customer service, and execution processes.Experience leading structured root-cause analysis and corrective actions across multiple functions.Strong analytical skills and experience using enterprise resource planning and reporting tools; experience with JD Edwards is preferred.Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and escalation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-site environment.What You'll GetThe opportunity to shape how integrated planning operates across a multi-site supply network.Meaningful ownership of planning technology implementation and future-state process design.Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, customer service, technology, and commercial teams across the organization.The opportunity to solve complex business challenges with measurable impact on customer service and operational performance.A highly collaborative environment where your planning expertise and ability to influence change will directly contribute to the organization's transformation.A role with broad visibility and the opportunity to help establish scalable planning capabilities for the future.Onsite collaboration with site and cross-functional teams as needed to support implementation, planning reviews, and operational priorities.About SensientSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
