As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Bristol, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with professionalism while reflecting our values of being agile, reliable, innovative, team-focused, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could require follow-up.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries, helping to support access control procedures and visitor management requirements.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptions by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with site contacts when security-related concerns arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Provide a DD214 with honorable discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
