Role Description The Client Account Representative is a temporary, hybrid role based in Hudson, OH, with work-from-home flexibility after a 30-day in-office training. This role manages day-to-day client relationships, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Client Account Representative will track account activity, coordinate with internal teams, and support the matching of client needs with appropriate candidates. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, preparing basic account or billing information, and communicating updates and service changes to clients. The role requires consistent follow-up, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering service that aligns with PrideStaff’s client-focused values. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building positive, long-term client relationships. Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams. Experience in Account Management, including tracking account activity, handling inquiries, and supporting client retention. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
