About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and the operating right hand to the co-founders, owning cross-functional problems and helping the leadership team run the company with focus, speed, and clarity. This role is pivotal in maintaining the organization's alignment, driving high-priority special projects, and handling complex, evolving challenges. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for setting and following up on leadership agendas, running the company's operating system, and translating decisions into clear, actionable communication for the broader team. Additionally, the role involves leading executive, board, and investor communications, as well as driving cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience, with a background in consulting, business operations, or a similar role at a high-growth startup. The role requires a highly analytical individual with a structured approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate and lead through influence.
