Join us.At The Entwistle Company, our values—Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Commitment—guide everything we do, from daily decisions to long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:Manage recruiting activities for assigned positions across multiple company locationsSource, screen, and coordinate candidates for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership rolesBuild and maintain active candidate pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill manufacturing positionsManage job postings, recruiting platforms, and candidate communication activitiesCoordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, offer coordination, and onboarding supportMaintain recruiting activity across both Paylocity and existing manual/paper-based recruiting processes during transition periodsSupport recruiting efforts related to workforce growth and operational staffing needsCandidate Screening & Assessment:Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews and initial assessmentsEvaluate candidate qualifications, professionalism, communication skills, attendance reliability, and overall fit for manufacturing environmentsIdentify potential hiring risks, behavioral concerns, or candidate red flags during screening processesAssist with background screening, reference checks, and hiring documentation processesSupport implementation and administration of candidate assessments and screening tools as directedMaintain candidate evaluation documentation and interview feedback recordsInterview Process Support:Support structured interview processes across departments and locationsPrepare interview guides, required interview questions, and candidate scorecards for hiring teamsAssist with standardizing candidate evaluation practices and hiring expectationsCoach hiring managers and interview teams on interview preparation, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation best practicesPromote interview accountability by ensuring timely interview feedback and hiring decision follow-up from interview teamsHelp improve consistency, effectiveness, and hiring quality throughout the interview processSupport positive candidate experience and professional recruiting communication practicesRecruiting Operations & Reporting:Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, interview status, and hiring metricsMaintain recruiting records, reports, and candidate tracking documentationSupport recruiting process improvements and hiring workflow organizationAssist with implementation and utilization of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology platformsProvide regular recruiting updates and hiring status reports to HR leadershipCollaboration & Communication:Partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers regarding recruiting priorities and staffing needsSupport workforce planning and recruiting coordination across multiple locationsCollaborate with HR teams regarding onboarding, hiring approvals, and staffing activitiesMaintain strong communication and follow-through with candidates, hiring managers, and operational leadership teamsWhat We Offer:401k – 4% match on 5% deferralsPTO – Up to 5 weeksEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployer Paid Short-term and Long-term DisabilityEmployer provided Paid Family/Medical LeaveGenerous Health Insurance CoverageDental Insurance AND Vision InsuranceSafety Shoes & Glasses reimbursementsEmployee Appreciation EventsCompetitive pay based on experience.Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred3–5+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR support experience preferredExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or multi-site operations strongly preferredExperience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and candidate sourcing platforms preferredStrong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skillsStrong organizational, communication, and follow-up abilitiesAbility to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills:Manufacturing and skilled trades recruitingCandidate sourcing and screeningStructured interviewing and candidate assessmentInterview coordination and hiring manager supportHiring process accountability and organizationCandidate evaluation and hiring standardsRecruiting process improvementData tracking and recruiting metricsStrong interpersonal skills and communication skillsAttention to detail and follow-throughRelated Military Job Codes:We value military experience and recognize transferable skills.
