On-Site Service Specialist

Mail Assistant

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hr Hours: 8-5pm, M-F Location: Fort Collins, CO Duration: 3 months

On a day-to-day basis the employee will assist with a mail run. May be riding along from stop to stop across a city. Will be posting mail. Will be assisting in other office jobs. Someone who is self-sufficient and doesn't need constant supervision will be successful in this role. The associate should expect extensive walking.

Work Address: 300 Laporte Ave, Bld B Fort Collins, CO Dress Code: Polo and nice jeans COVID Requirements: N/A Driving: It is doubtful but in an emergency they may be asked to use their own automobile

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• Require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage Demonstrate competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred. Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
• Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
• Possesses ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
• Possesses ability to determine correct method and packing material as well as check packing slips for accuracy of incoming materials.
• Possesses ability to comprehend instructions concerning mail delivery.
• Possesses troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Possesses ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of manuals, parts books and related publications.
• Possesses excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
