Payroll Specialist We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support a high-volume, multi-location payroll operation across multiple states. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in an accounting environment while still maintaining a work‑life balance. This individual brings strong payroll compliance knowledge, and can manage the full payroll process with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in payroll preparation and processing, reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, tax support, and maintaining documentation that keeps payroll running smoothly. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and efficiently within the full payroll accounting cycle. Manage garnishments, payroll deductions, and related documentation. Review payroll reports for accuracy and assist with month‑end reconciliations and journal entries. Support tax‑related payroll functions, including reporting review and W‑2 accuracy. Qualifications Accounting degree preferred, but not required. High‑volume payroll experience, preferably supporting 1,000+ employees. Working knowledge of journal entries, general ledger activity, account reconciliations, garnishments, payroll deductions, and compliance‑related payroll tasks. SAP experience highly encouraged, Paycor a plus. Solid Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Pay: $23/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied OneSource
