Project Coordinator

We're hiring a Service Designer / Project Coordinator to manage utility service installation projects from the first customer call all the way through final billing. If you like owning your projects, talking to people, and seeing real infrastructure get built this one's for you. What you'll be doing Review incoming customer service requests and project notifications Talk directly with builders and homeowners to scope the work Complete design work using GIS mapping tools Create work orders and coordinate scheduling with field crews Support crews and answer questions during construction Review completed work and verify documentation Calculate project costs, generate invoices, and resolve billing questions Run several projects at once, start to finish What we're looking for Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly Excellent communication and a genuine customer-service mindset Serious organization you can juggle multiple projects without dropping one Solid problem-solving and follow-through Comfortable collaborating with field crews, internal teams, and external customer Nice to have (not required - we'll train) Utility industry experience GIS exposure (Smallworld a plus) AutoCAD or similar design software Why this role Work on real utility infrastructure projects Hands-on exposure to GIS and SAP systems Great entry point into the utility industry with room to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
