Registered Nurse Fall River Mills, CA Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2279 - $2745 | Shift: 3x12 Nights Are you an experienced Emergency Room nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments where quick decision-making is key? Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care to patients in need of urgent medical attention. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Your ability to multi-task efficiently and provide premium care during acute illnesses or trauma will be essential. You will collaborate with the emergency room charge nurse and acute care nurse to deliver top-notch care.
- Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Perform treatments and procedures accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
- Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
- Initiate emergency resuscitative measures as per protocols
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
- Assist nursing staff in other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and provide care in a non-judgmental manner
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current California licensure
- ACLS, PALS, CPR, and NRP certifications required
- TNCC certification required within one year of hire
