Are you a high-energy sales professional with a deep network in the Southern California construction market? UP WOOD PRODUCTS is a rapidly expanding manufacturer and distributor of interior doors, millwork, and moldings. We are aggressively capturing market share and looking for powerhouse Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to join our team in Chino and Hesperia, CA .
We specialize in high-volume supply for multi-family residential projects , and we are looking for hunters who know how to navigate the subcontractor and developer landscape.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Execute an aggressive sales strategy to secure new contracts with subcontractors and general contractors specializing in multi-family residential homes.
- Manage Accounts: Act as the primary point of contact for large-scale projects, ensuring our doors, millwork, and moldings meet project specifications and timelines.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the Southern California region to continue our rapid market share growth.
- (For Managers): Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting quotas and driving departmental excellence.

- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the sales of interior doors, millwork, and moldings .
- Segment Knowledge: Specific experience selling to subcontractors and a solid understanding of the multi-family residential construction cycle.
- Regional Network: Familiarity with the Southern California construction market (Inland Empire, LA, OC).
- High Motivation: You thrive in a "startup" energy environment where aggressive sales policies reward high performance.

UP Wood Products is a manufacturing company of wood moldings and plywood boards founded in 2014, which stands out for its high-quality products. Our mission is to supply directly from the manufacturer to wholesale companies of wood moldings and plywood boards mainly in the United States and Canada.
The molding plant is in a 25,000 M2 (270,000 sqf) facility located in Bình Phước, a small town 80 km (50 Miles) north of Ho Chi Minh City, in Vietnam. On the other hand, the plywood boards plant is in a 50,000 M2 (540,000 sqf) facility located in Yên Bái Province, 220 km (140 Miles) northwest of Hanoi City, in Vietnam.Company Description
