Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Overview Priority1 is a national logistics consulting and contract brokerage company. We are recruiting fresh college graduates for a Territory Manager role in our Ontario, CA office. Responsibilities Prospect new business through cold calling and door‑to‑door B2B outreach. Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts, managing the entire sales cycle. Maintain and grow sold accounts. Qualifications 0–2 years of sales experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing or communication). Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended. Energetic, enthusiastic, polished professional appearance. Team‑oriented and motivated to be part of a winning team. Strong desire to succeed. Training & Development Three weeks of corporate training during the first 24 months, with opportunities for advanced Senior Territory Manager and management training. New hires participate in the Fast Start Program: 3 months of field training with upper management. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance.
