About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP, Enterprise Strategy to play a pivotal role in the development of its enterprise-level growth and diversification plans. This includes occasional support for M&A strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and internal partners to identify and prioritize new business opportunities, products, technologies, and capabilities that align with the organization's long-term vision. Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the development of strategic materials for executive and board reviews, partnering with the finance team to assess the impact of growth strategies, and ensuring the presentation of strategic content is compelling and consistent. The role also involves leading special projects, working with the M&A team on diversification strategy, and defining the strategic rationale for potential acquisitions. Applicants for the AVP, Enterprise Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least 3 years' of experience in financial services, management consulting, business strategy, or a related field. Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years' of experience in a similar focus area is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in project management, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to balance multiple workstreams. Experience in strategy consulting, particularly in financial services, and a proven track record of creating data-driven recommendations are highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, the ability to identify and track emerging market trends, and a flexible, collaborative approach with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to work with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization.
