$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules that align with hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel services.
• Assist in the management of inventory for maintenance supplies, ensuring availability of necessary tools and materials.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring work meets the hotel's quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
