We're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who want to develop sales, marketing, business, and leadership skills while working toward greater responsibility.
Our Collingswood team is hiring for an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Management Trainee position.
You don't need previous management or sales experience. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching for individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Learn the fundamentals of professional sales and marketing
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers
- Present products and services
- Develop professional customer relationships
- Assist with marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in training and professional development
- Learn how successful sales and marketing teams operate
- Develop skills for future leadership opportunities

A specific degree or previous sales background is not required .
