Senior Salesforce Engineer

Salary: $125,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent education, or comparable proven experience.
• We require 10+ years of software development experience.
• We need extensive hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
• We value familiarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein and Agentforce.
• We expect web development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• We prefer experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS.
• We require experience with iPaaS middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• We need working knowledge of Linux, Windows, SQL and NoSQL databases, and networking.
• We require experience integrating with third-party APIs.
• We expect experience partnering with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting.
• We need the ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and accurately.
• We expect strong capability to classify and present requirements effectively.
• Experience working directly with business-facing teams outside development is a plus.
• Experience contributing within Agile teams is a plus.

• We lead and own all Salesforce programmatic requests.
• We develop SOQL, Apex classes and triggers, and custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and JavaScript.
• We use Salesforce APIs through REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and platform events.
• We work with iPaaS middleware solutions such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Informatica.
• We use SFDX, GitHub, and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD delivery.
• We apply PMD rules to help maintain code quality.
• We integrate Salesforce with cloud platforms such as AWS and ERP systems such as Oracle.
• We produce architectural documentation and review solution development against technical design.
• We support the Salesforce Administrator as needed.
• We own release cycles to deliver new functionality and updates to existing applications and code.
• We collaborate with Production Support to deliver fixes and enhancements promptly.
• We translate business process needs into detailed technical specifications.
• We ensure development work stays aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business goals.
• We coordinate with internal and external technical specialists to implement solutions.
• We participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
• We partner with other internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• We build and maintain distributed microservices, including production debugging and monitoring.
• We work in an Agile environment with autonomy and efficiency.
• We are available for on-call support during after-hours and weekends.
