Your Role - What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-in accordance with established protocols.
• Analyze test outcomes to ensure reliability, address errors promptly, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment as required.
• Assist with specimen gathering and prepare samples for examination when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and help ensure the laboratory meets its quality benchmarks.
• Ensure a pristine, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health discipline plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure in this position.
