Benefits Administration Specialist

Owning the administration of benefits programs and total rewards, the full-time Benefits Administration Specialist will manage benefits enrollment, oversee compensation structures, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage routine benefits administration, including new hire enrollments and life event changes, while serving as the primary liaison with benefits vendors Oversee total compensation and rewards programs, including salary bands and compensation review cycles, in partnership with the Finance team Administer leaves of absence and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, while generating reports and performing data audits Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration and compensation or total rewards program management Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Rippling Strong knowledge of health and welfare standards, state paid leave laws, and compensation regulations Exceptional attention to data accuracy and experience in building internal workflows and documentation High level of discretion in handling confidential employee data
