Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full and active license to practice independently in Maryland. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally sympathetic demeanor that facilitates rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience working with adults in a counseling capacity, particularly in a remote or digital environment, will be highly regarded. Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies will also be beneficial.
