Qualifications

• At least 5 years of significant experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and related planning matters;
• An LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates strongly preferred;
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills;
• A professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor;
• The ability to manage sophisticated estate planning matters independently;
• A desire to build a long-term future with a respected boutique practice;
• Strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Experience in elder law, probate, or trust administration is a plus, but the primary focus of this position is creating estate plans for sophisticated clients.
• Significant experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, tax planning, and related wealth preservation strategies.
• Preference will be given to candidates who hold an LL.M. in Taxation or are Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
