Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate patient assessments to evaluate specific mental health needs and arrive at appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver engaging individual counseling sessions, and, based on your specialization, lead family, marriage, and group sessions aimed at fostering interpersonal and emotional growth.

• Utilize proven mental health screening methodologies to identify treatment needs accurately, ensuring that each client receives the most appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights during case discussions and sharing best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
