Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to deliver integrated care plans.

Provide educational resources for patients and their families to further enhance progress beyond the therapy sessions.

Occasionally assist in inpatient evaluations and treatments ensuring seamless transitions in care.

Maintain prompt and precise documentation adhering to all necessary state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field through ongoing education and teamwork with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Skilled in evidence-based treatment methods for diverse age groups, with an in-depth understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to relate to patients, families, and various healthcare professionals.
