Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Lead Executive Consultant to support public health programs through evaluation strategy, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Public Health, Program Evaluation, Community Development, or a related field , along with hands-on experience developing evaluation strategies, conducting surveys and stakeholder interviews, analyzing data, and presenting findings to management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program evaluation and quality improvement strategies, tools, and data collection plans.

• Coordinate evaluation and data collection activities across multiple programs.

• Design and implement evaluation methods including surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews .

• Analyze collected data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Interpret evaluation findings and provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Conduct periodic data integrity and quality checks and troubleshoot data-entry issues.

• Ensure data collection and entry follow established protocols and procedures.

• Maintain evaluation files, records, documentation, and data collection manuals.

• Develop and update procedures related to evaluation and data collection.

• Coordinate staff responsibilities related to data collection, evaluation tools, and reporting.

• Lead training and orientation related to evaluation and quality improvement processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory organizations and academic partners.

• Support the development of a strong quality improvement culture across public health programs.

• Monitor implementation of improvement initiatives and assess program outcomes.

• Stay current with public health research, evaluation methodologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Community Development, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing program evaluation strategies.

• 3+ years of experience analyzing data and preparing reports.

• Hands-on experience with surveys, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews .

• Strong understanding of data collection, evaluation, reporting, and quality improvement processes.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority .

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online data-entry/data collection platforms.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.

Local Candidate Requirement
