Location: Long Island City, NY

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate

Employment Type: Temporary / Freelance

Assignment Dates: August 10 – September 4 (with the possibility of extension based on project needs)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Associate to support a luxury retail client care operation in Long Island City. This is a great opportunity for someone with inventory, warehouse, stock, or logistics experience who enjoys working in an organized, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable managing inventory while ensuring accuracy throughout daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound shipments of spare parts.
• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize inventory and ensure stock is properly stored and accessible.
• Support inventory management and replenishment activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Assist with additional operational and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, stock, warehouse, logistics, or operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with excellent time management skills.
• Must be available to start Monday, August 10 and commit through September 4 , with flexibility to extend if needed.
