Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D)Travel assignment in Reedley, California. Start date 09/07/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,596–$2,756 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12). Work setting: inpatient obstetric care in a clinical care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care for labor and delivery patients and assigned groups according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with obstetric, anesthesia, pediatrics, and other disciplines.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, assist with labor, and manage postpartum care in alignment with protocols.
- Document care plans accurately and timely; ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort; educate patient and family as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions through labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
- Uphold professional standards and participate in patient advocacy, quality improvement, and safety practices.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Labor and Delivery (L&D) nursing experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
