Duanelux LLC is expanding—and we are looking for an experienced recruiting professional who knows how to find strong candidates, recognize potential, and confidently guide new hires from their first application through their first day.

This is more than an administrative recruiting position. You will play a key role in shaping our growing team and supporting hiring across all Duanelux markets, including Bradenton, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, and future locations.

The right person understands the complete recruiting and onboarding process and can take ownership without needing every step explained. You should be confident conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, communicating with candidates, and ensuring new hires are fully prepared to begin working.

What You’ll Own

• Manage the full recruiting process from application to official start date
• Recruit qualified candidates across all current and future Duanelux markets
• Review applications and identify promising candidates
• Conduct candidate screenings and professional interviews
• Evaluate applicants and provide informed hiring recommendations
• Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with candidates and leadership
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
• Extend offers and provide clear pre-employment instructions
• Guide new hires through background checks, required forms, and company documentation
• Coordinate orientation, training, and start-date preparation
• Maintain organized and accurate recruiting and onboarding records
• Follow up with new hires to support a smooth transition into the company
• Help strengthen and improve Duanelux’s recruiting systems as the organization grows

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or SHRM/PHR certification preferred
• 5–10 years of successful recruiting or HR experience
• Demonstrated success with high-volume sales recruiting and full-cycle onboarding
• Excellent interviewing, communication, organization, and technology skills
• Experience with recruiting platforms, applicant-tracking systems, and Google Workspace
• Ability to independently manage candidates across multiple locations

Position Details

This is a full-time position paying $35 per hour , with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The selected candidate will begin working remotely and must be available to transition to in-office work beginning October 1 at 9:00 a.m. Reliable transportation to the Duanelux office will be required. Please note that this is not a permanently remote position.
