Logistics Analyst

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Analyst to support space management, security, and facility operations at our Salt Lake City locations. This role involves maintaining space charts, assisting with security and safety issues, supporting facility projects, and coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will play a vital part in upholding safety standards and facilitating effective facility management. Clearance Requirements Public Trust Work Arrangement On-Site Responsibilities Maintains space charts and diagrams, updating and reporting changes to leadership. Provides furniture keys to staff and assists with security issues and safety remediation. Supports loading dock operations and helps with work orders and mail distribution. Assists with facility projects and conducts weekly safety/security walk-throughs. Conducts daily dark studies as required. Prepares forms related to staffing, facility access, and purchase requests. Records minutes for the Facility Security Committee. Escorts vendors on-site as needed. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience supporting facility or space management functions. Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience. Desired Skills Knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures. Experience with facility management or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Pay Range Pay range: $40,000–$60,000 (annual). This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.
