Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Bay Point, CA

Pay Range: $29.15

Shift: Night and Evening shifts (18:00-06:00)

What's the Job?

• Perform mixer clean-up and vessel cleaning to ensure operational readiness
• Assist with the installation of the second set of tooling and manage tooling cleanup and inventory
• Retrieve and store DBE solvents, track performance, and support changeover procedures
• Support batch mixing activities, including tracking and reporting
• Participate in 5S activities and ensure visual management standards are maintained

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work night and evening shifts
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
