We are looking for a motivated Clinic Manager who wants to grow with our company and has the potential to advance into higher-level leadership roles. Perks & Pay Competitive pay of $24.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience Bonus and commission opportunities Medical plans for eligible full-time employees Matching 401(k) and paid time off for eligible full-time employees Employee Assistance Program Employee referral bonus program Leadership, product, service, and sales training One complimentary massage, skincare, or stretch service each month Employee product discounts Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Qualified Candidates Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a spa, salon, gym, wellness, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environment Are organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Take initiative and follow through without needing constant direction Are natural leaders who can motivate, coach, and support a team Can hold themselves and others accountable Can have difficult conversations professionally and constructively Communicate clearly and consistently with employees and leadership Want to grow into future senior or multi-location leadership opportunities Massage or wellness industry experience is a plus but not required Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, sales, deposits, inventory, payroll information, and compliance Lead, coach, train, and support front desk associates, massage therapists, and estheticians Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop new employees Create accurate schedules based on staffing needs and business demand Monitor attendance, timekeeping, labor hours, overtime, and coverage Drive membership, package, retail, retention, and booking results Review business reports, set goals, and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate employee files, training records, reports, and operational documentation Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment Communicate staffing concerns and operational challenges to regional leadership Support local marketing, community outreach, and referral partnerships Job Type & Schedule Full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week The Clinic Manager must maintain a consistent leadership presence in the clinic Flexible availability is required based on business needs Schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays The Clinic Manager works alongside the front desk team and is actively involved in daily clinic operations. This is not a traditional office-based management position. We are looking for someone who notices what needs to be done, takes action, supports their team, and is motivated to help the business grow.
