Recruiting CoordinatorLocation: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 Duration: 6+ MONTHS Shift Schedule: HYBRID 6x per month, EOW, Tuesday, Wednesday and ThursdayThe Temporary Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team. This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed. The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction. Preferred Skill: Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams.
