Title: Recruiting Coordinator - Hybrid

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Duration: 6 Months

Must be in the Bolingbrook office 6x per month, EOW, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Description:

• Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams
• The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
• This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed.
• The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction.
• Not looking for a full-cycle recruiter

Candidates must have:

• Candidates must be local.
• Experience with interview scheduling in an ATS is certainly a plus, the team feels the more critical success factors are the ability to act with urgency, operate confidently in a fast-paced environment, and proactively engage interviewers, candidates
• Strong communication, follow through, prioritization, and knowing when to escalate are all key traits for success in this role
