You will partner with Finance, Payroll, People Success and external vendors to produce accurate operational reporting and drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of benefits administration experience, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, Power Query), and familiarity with #J-18808-Ljbffr Ulta Beauty
