Job Summary Address patients' performance to support engagement in daily occupations that enhance their health and well-being. Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist. Educate patients on adaptive techniques and task breakdown strategies. Assist with home assessments and recommend modifications. Train patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment use. Document progress on short- and long-term goals. Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist on changes in treatment plans. Desired Skills & Qualifications Graduate from an accredited two-year COTA program approved by AOTA. Current licensure, registration, or certification in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of related experience (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation. Proof of current auto insurance and registration. Valid AK fingerprint clearance card (we can assist). Current CPR certification and negative TB test (we can help).
