Store #: 000206 LensCrafters Position: Part-Time GENERAL FUNCTION The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience at every LensCrafters location. The role helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs. Major Duties & Responsibilities Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements to find the perfect vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed. Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff. Maintain store appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, basic phone and math skills. Comfortable with new technology and change, maintaining high accuracy. Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with desire to meet goals. Strong communication skills (both oral and written). Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a rapidly changing environment. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $18.36 - $25.69 per hour. Eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, along with a first-class total rewards package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
