Senior Lead Software Engineer - ML Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and strong computer science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, Databricks (DBX), and AWS
• Experience building and operating production-grade systems, including quality, reliability, and observability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments
• Experience with C++, Scala, and/or Java is preferred
• Data engineering experience; machine learning exposure is a plus
• Experience enabling or building AI agent development, including LLM-enabled workflows or orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails, is valued
• An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

• Design, develop, and deploy regulatory model applications and cloud modernization solutions
• Build scalable distributed data-processing solutions using PySpark, Python, and Databricks
• Implement secure, resilient AWS architectures and integration patterns
• Produce high-quality code, tests, and documentation, and contribute to code reviews and release readiness
• Communicate architecture and delivery plans through clear technical documentation and presentations
• Partner with product, data, model, and platform teams to deliver outcomes on schedule
